I am here to guide you in every step of yoga. There are a lot of misconceptions out there that yoga is for people who are flexible or fit or young, yoga is a religious practice, you have mastered yoga if you can do difficult poses - let me tell you...this is not true! These are all misconceptions.

If you are interested in connecting with your body, your inner-self, finding balance, developing your core strength and getting flexible, improving your posture, developing mindfulness, improving concentration, preventing lifestyle disorders with age or even just to relax and calm yourself than yoga is for you!

Finding what you truly desire and connecting to that path of yoga will ultimately help you to live a healthy and a peace-full life at any age and at all the stages of life.

As a Yoga Instructor based in the Switzerland, my main goal is to lead others down the long path of discovery that yoga provides. Whether you want to move your body, reach spiritual growth, or be more present, I know you’ll benefit from my practice. I strongly believe in "Yoga for one and all" 

Since i was a child, I’ve regularly practiced yoga, and having the chance to share all that I’ve learned along the way with students fills me with joy. Something I know for sure is that everyone could use more yoga in their lives.
