About the event
The session starts with Asanas that focuses on slow movements with flow, followed by Surya Namaskar (Sun salutation), meditation where you will experience the peace within yourself . The session will end with Om chanting. After the session you will filled grounded and in one with the Flaura & Fauna arround you.
10CHF per person - Payable on spot by Cash or Twint
If the weather conditions are bad (Raining) the session will not be conducted!
