Come join me every Sunday at La General for yoga by the lake!
What better way to Start your morning than with Yoga for your body, mind and soul.
We start at 9:30 am till 10:30am. Anyone can join and no need to register, simply walk in!
“Yoga for all”
The Yoga Session allows you to dive deeper into yoga practice. The focus is on alignment and breath, and a special emphasis on proper technique helps you reconnect and rejuvenate your body. You will learn to stretch, improve flexibility, connect to your inner self, experience calmness and stillness through breath work. You will leave the session feeling blissful, content and peaceful.
Payment: Donation based payable by Cash or Twint.
Don’t forget to bring your Yoga Mat/Towel.
Incase of bad weather, the class will be cancelled.
