Start your day with balance and calm at “Sunrise Flow,” a complimentary yoga session perfect for all levels. Held at Liquid Light Studio on Thursday, 3rd October at 8am, this class offers a gentle introduction to the art of yoga, blending mindful breathing with simple movements to refresh both body and mind. This welcoming environment invites you to experience a morning of movement, mindfulness, and community—all for free! Bring an open mind, and leave feeling revitalized for the day ahead.
